We take pride in every BES Gear product and want you to feel confident joining our mission. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for store credit, exchange, or replacement. (Review our Terms & Conditions for more details.)
To qualify, returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Please email contact@bureauofenvironmentalsecurity.com with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back. If possible, include an image of the item, including any damage.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect. In those cases, we’ll cover return shipping and issue either a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
Store credit will be issued for eligible returns once the item is received and inspected, typically within 10 business days. Store credit can be applied toward any future BES Gear purchase.
Please note that limited-edition or final-sale items, digital downloads, and gift cards are non-refundable.
