Molly Penn, aka “Molly Bain,” is wanted as a suspect in an on-going Carbon Laws–related investigation, specifically related to conspiracy to traffic, possess and sell illegal petroleum. She is a former tall ship sailor and AI engineer implicated in the methane release event known popularly as “The Spike.” Penn is president of the Cyprian Association, which negotiated an exclusivity agreement in the Arctic Free Zone to provide entertainment services to workers. Penn is sought in connection to fugitive William “Bill” Penn, her ex-husband, who is a suspect in violations of the Carbon Laws and Revised Endangered Species Act. She is mother to Anne Penn, who is sought as a witness to related matters.
