This Site is operated by Fyddeye Media, a sole-proprietor business based in Seattle, Wash., USA. The content, images, and products offered are the property of Fyddeye Media and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell any portion of the Site or its materials without written permission.
Products and Availability
We make every effort to display and describe products accurately. Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences. Product availability is limited; we reserve the right to modify or discontinue items at any time without notice. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, our e-commerce provider. By submitting an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or policy violations.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship orders using USPS or equivalent carriers. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once a package leaves our facility, carrier delays are beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information; we cannot refund or replace items lost due to incorrect addresses.
Returns, Refunds, and Store Credit
Our Refund & Returns Policy governs all returns. Eligible returns will receive store credit, unless the item was damaged or incorrect, in which case a replacement or full refund will be issued. Limited-edition or final-sale items, digital downloads, and gift cards are non-refundable.
Intellectual Property
All product designs, logos, and written or visual materials related to the Bureau of Environmental Security brand are protected intellectual property. The BES emblem, tulip symbol, and associated lore are proprietary to J.G. Follansbee / Fyddeye Media (or successor entity). Use of these materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, J.G. Follansbee / Fyddeye Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site or products. Products are sold “as is.” In all cases, our liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product.
Privacy and Data
Your information is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy. Payment data is handled by secure third-party processors; we never store full credit-card details on our servers.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.
